Daily Yoga with Julie
Rejuvenating Yoga in Paradise
Julie’s yoga sessions are engaging, strengthening and will leave you feeling deeply peaceful inside.
You will begin by gently awakening your body and then moving into positions (asanas) designed to help you release physical tension from your neck, arms, shoulders, back, legs and mind.
Julie is a highly experience yoga teacher who will guide you through a morning yoga practice whether you are an experience yogi or a complete beginner.
You will come away from Julie’s yoga sessions feeling lighter, brighter and far more empowered.
As with every part of our retreat, your participation is completely optional.
Nutrition Talks & 1:1 Nutrition Coaching
Learn what foods to eat and to avoid for your body type
For over 10 years Craig has been helping people to learn about their individual metabolic body type and to start following a personalised eating plan designed specifically for their body.
Over the 7 day retreat Craig will be delivering three 90 minute lectures which will enlighten you with a deep understanding of how to properly look after your body.
You will also benefit from a personal 1:1 coaching session with Craig in which he will craft you a tailor-made eating plan designed for your body type, which you can put into action as soon as you have completed the cleanse program.
