Emotional Detoxification with EFT
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an ‘energy psychology’ therapy that releases underlying emotional stress by stimulating the meridian energy system through tapping.
You can apply EFT on yourself or onto another person by gently tapping on specific meridian points around the body. You do this while you are tuned into any particular stress, worry, frustration or pain etc. EFT can be thought of as an emotional version of acupuncture, only without the needles!
EFT is at the opposite end of the spectrum to psychoanalysis or counselling. Instead of analyzing a problem or asking why we think the event happened etc, EFT simply focuses in on releasing the negative stress reactions in the present moment.
Within minutes of tapping on these specific energy centres around your body you will start to notice that the negative feelings start to fade. Sometimes even lifelong issues can be reduced in intensity within just a few minutes of tapping.
Tim Robins is a Certified EFT practitioner and has been using EFT in over 3000 one to one personal transformation sessions. Tim has helped many people to permanently overcome issues such as:
